Delivery Information

When will the 2019 ManVent Calendars be delivered? Delivery is scheduled for Mid-November, offering plenty of time to receive your calendar before December 1st. You will receive tracking information when your gift leaves our warehouse, offering delivery options and detailed transit information along the way.

How much does it cost to ship my package?

Ground Shipping (1-5 Business Days) - $15

An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery for all gifts that contain alcohol.

Can my order be delivered on a specific date?

If you would like to select a future shipping date, no problem! Just enter your preferred delivery date in the 'Future Ship Date/Shipping Instructions' text box in your cart and we will schedule shipping accordingly. You will receive a shipping confirmation on the day that your order has shipped. We only use reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your product arrives on time. *Please note that we will do everything on our end to make sure your package arrives on time, but ground shipping does not guarantee a specific shipping date. (This rarely happens, but we cannot be responsible for acts of God and other issues out of our control!)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most packages will arrive between 1-5 business days.  You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information after your order has been processed. Saturday delivery is available at no charge to residential addresses only. Orders going to a business are delivered Monday-Friday.

What states do you ship to?

Gifts without alcohol ship to all 48 states excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Gifts including beer, wine or hard seltzer ship to the following states:

Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming

Are there any states where you can't have a gift with alcohol shipped to?

Due to alcohol shipping regulations, we cannot ship to Alabama, Alaska, Kentucky, Hawaii, Mississippi and Utah.

Can I send my package to a PO Box or an APO? 

At this time we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

Do you ship internationally? 

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Adult Signature Requirements:

An adult signature is only required with the purchase of a gift that includes alcohol.  Someone 21 years of age or older must sign for the package. If an adult with proof of age is not available, the package will be returned after 3 delivery attempts.

What happens if the recipient is not available to sign for the package?
Our shipping carriers will make 3 attempts to deliver your gift. A doortag will be provided with each attempt offering additional delivery options. If someone 21+ is not available to sign for the package after 3 attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. (This rarely happens. There is something about having a beer gift delivered that prevents this package from getting left behind!) In the event that it does get returned, we will notify you with additional options for your delivery.

*Shipping to a business address for alcohol gifts is encouraged. Our packaging makes no reference to its contents and someone should always be available to sign for the package.

 A great way to ensure that your gift  gets delivered as expected is to schedule a delivery time from our shipping carrier. After your gift leaves our warehouse, you will receive tracking information that contains a link to schedule the time. 99% of the time, this alleviates a missed delivery.

If your gift cannot be delivered because an adult could not sign for the package and is returned, a refund cannot be issued -- not only because the product cannot be reused once shipped out, but also because we are charged additional shipping to return the package from the destination to which it was sent. If your gift is returned we can offer to reship a new gift. (We will gladly cover the cost of the new product itself, but you must agree to pay for the new shipping costs).

Is shipping included in the cost?

The price for each product does not include shipping. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Is an invoice included with my order?
Rest assured that your recipient will not see any reference to the price you paid for your product.

Can I place one order for multiple recipients?

Yes! If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please send us an email at sales@mangifty.com. Upon receipt, we will send you a link to pay for your order. Immediately after payment, you will receive an order confirmation with all charges via email.

What if  I have an issue with my order?
We package all of our products so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. If an item does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 10 days. 100% customer satisfaction is our top priority. We're happy to send you replacement items as soon as possible.
